Our kitchen staff are conscientious, organized and prompt professionals. The kitchen staff shift begins one hour before the meal and lasts an average of four hours depending on the type of formula chosen.
Staff
Our team is composed entirely of professionals, smiling, discreet and efficient. The butler is responsible for the service, he ensures the smooth running of the evening and is the coordinator between the kitchen, the hall and the orchestra. The vacations depend on the services requested (setting up tables, repairing the premises after the service)
